This guy is awesome! Im a first time home owner, this guy came out on a Sunday to check out my issue. Explained to me what he would do after noticing I am redoing my entire basement on my own. Next day I got to it cut my whole perimeter up and dug a trench. He walked me through everything took the time to explain what to do and what not to do. Even let me buy the material from him to finish it! I would recommend him to anyone top notch service and always calls back no BS with this guy.

Very quick to respond to my inquiry, came out the next day and gave me an estimate on the spot. Khris was straight forward and communicative, explaining everything throughout the project. I had a nasty, humid crawlspace with a small stream running through it and he did an excellent job running drainage and encapsulating the whole area with a vapor barrier and installing a dehumidifier. Khris (Owner of Reliable Basement Waterproofing) personally came out for my basement assessment in January 2020. He worked out a custom drainage solution tailored to my particular basement needs at this time. He then was personally involved in my sump system installation. The new sump system has been working great, but I noticed a lot of pump cycling after we had a good rain (nothing crazy or unexpected). I emailed Khris, and he immediately texted me back and said he wanted to call me. Khris gave me additional information on how I could make my sump pit a bit more efficient and offered to come out to help me out. I told him I could handle it, and he made sure to let me know that he is always a phone call away. Khris is genuinely a good guy and I would both hire him again, and recommend his business.
